In hiring personnel, Frontline seeks professionals with experience in security, an impeccable character and a spotless background.  We look for individuals who have demonstrated the highest moral character and outstanding customer service.

It all begins with our online application.  You will provide detailed information about your professional experience, education, training, and credentials.  In addition you will also complete our Operational Style Assessment. Finally, you provide us with copies of your licenses and certifications .  We perform thorough background investigations and drug-testing to ensure our employees meet our company and our partner standards.
